He is survived by: his wife Diane Douthit Smith; his daughters, Vicki Zarembka (Jim) and Karen Moore (Britt); his grandchildren, Ethan Smith Moore, Ryann Zarembka Stanley (JC) and Brennen Irvin (Franklin); his great grandchild Livi James Stanley; his sisters, Marsha Plott Tutterow (Larry) and Connie Plott Carr (Garland); and his sister-in-law Linda Smith. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and grand nephews, nieces.
