She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Oxendine, Sr. and Armanda Jacobs Oxendine; her husband Ellis R. Burkhart; and her siblings, Betty J. Oxendine, Connie Hunt and Bobby Oxendine. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
