She was predeceased by: her parents, Pinkey Elridge "Bud" Atkins and Ruth Olivia Sloop Atkins; her husband Jack Raper Ridge; and her sons, Phillip Keith Ridge and David Timothy Ridge.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Heather Ridge Stilley of Lexington and Brandon Timothy Ridge of Decatur, GA; her great grandchildren, Madison Stilley and Ryleigh Stilley; her great great grandchild Colter Hillyard; her stepgranddaughter Mary Stagner Welborn (Samuel); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Carter Welborn and Beau Welborn.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church (1401 Heathcliff Rd, High Point, NC 27262). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 8th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
