It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Spencer of High Point, North Carolina, who passed away on October 22, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Neal and Bertie Dorsett Neal; and her son Dean Holdaway. She is survived by: her husband Forest Spencer; her sons, Perry Holdaway (Michelle), Dale Holdaway (Karen) and Neal Holdaway (Millie McGinnis); her stepchildren, Vaughn Pope (Shannon) and Tara Pope Gasque; and her siblings, Jerry Neal (Linda) and Diane Cavin (Mike). She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
