She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Slate of Tulsa, OK, Linda Hayworth (Leon) of High Point, Larry J. Matthews and John H. Matthews, Jr. of Thomasville; her sister Minnie Linberry of Lexington; her grandchildren, Cathy Braden, Emily Hooper, Christine Doss, Chris Spence, Shawna Adams, Larry Slate, Jr., Kimberly Watkins and April Eller; her great grandchildren, Blake Simmons, Sarah Braden, Matthew Kize Braden, Brandon Adams, Kenneth Wayne Adams and Meredith Adams; and her close friends, Donna Cody, Courtney Carr (Brice), Debbie Wagner (Greg, Sr.) and Greg Wagner, Jr..
