He is survived by: his children, Christopher "Chris" Cook of Thomasville, Haley Barnes of Trinity and Cameron Barnes of Sophia; his grandson Liam Zakos; his sister Sandra Schultz (Matt) of Clemmons; and his stepsisters, Shannon Kinley of Thomasville and Dolynda Steffey (Tim) of Virginia.
