He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Horne, Sr. and Lora Raiford Horne; and his son-in-law Robert A. Lehrbaum. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughters, Jane Lehrbaum of Pompano Beach, FL and Karen Severs (Mike) of High Point, NC; and his brothers, Glenn Horne, Steve Horne and Alan Horne.
