He is survived by: his sons, Bobby Murphy Jr. and Michael Murphy (Tammie); his grandchildren, Ryan, Skylar and Jenna (Trey); his great grandchildren, Sean, Arya, Asher, Dany, Clover and Maple; and his brother-in-law Buck Burns.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in Bob's name to the Salvation Army, 301 West Green Dr., High Point, NC 27260.
