He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clarence, Martha Medlin, Albert Hazzard, Sr. and Robert Rodney Wells; his uncles, Sunny Hazzard Jr., James Medlin and Martin Medlin; and his cousin Brad Spaugh.
He is survived by: his parents, Ronnie Wells and Kathy Medlin Wells of Lexington; his daughter Brianna Renee Wells of Thomasville; his sister Amy Thomason (Jason) of Lexington; his niece Ally Thomason; and his grandmother Dainese Hazzard of Providence Place. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
