She was predeceased by: her father Carl C. Cook; her husband Randall Leon Rudd; and her siblings, Bobby G. Cook, Barry Dean Cook and Linda Cook Welborn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Rudd Edmonds (Gene) of Oak Ridge, Dianne Rudd Johnston (Joe) of Candler, Donna Rudd Nelson (Rob) of Graham and Sarah Dawne Rudd Slagle of Winston-Salem; her sister Nancy Cook Mabe (Larry); her grandchildren, Christy Little (Travis), Jeffry Johnston (Hannah), Travis Nelson (Kelly), Aaron Nelson (Abby), Joel Nelson, Elenor Slagle and Eben Slagle; and her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Cook and David Welborn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
