The memory of Carolyn Long of High Point, North Carolina, who passed away on October 24, 2025 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the vast expanse of eternity, Carolyn shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Carolyn farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Hubert Dull and Gracie Mae Hunter Dull; and her siblings, Harry Gray Dull, Thelma Wall and Marie Wooten.
She is survived by: her husband James A. Long, Sr.; her son James "Jay" A. Long, Jr. (Nicky) of High Point; her sister Brenda Spillman of East Bend; and her grandchildren, James "Trip" Long, III and Jacoby Long. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.
