He is survived by: his wife Christine Mastin Hicks; his son Mark Hicks (Amy); his grandchildren, Tori Newman (Nick), Chase Hicks (Kalli) and Caleb Hicks; and his brother Fred Hicks (Terry). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews and great- nieces and great- nephews.
