It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claudia Deese (High Point, North Carolina), born in Reidsville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 11, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clarence and Nellie Moore Barnes; and her sister Bernice. She is survived by: her husband Gary Deese of Greensboro; her daughter Deanne Deese Trollinger; her son-in-law Jeff of Winston Salem; her son Bennett Deese; her daughter-in-law Kara of High Point; her grandchildren, Abbie Trollinger of Winston Salem, Sara Kent Donnalley, Matthew of Charlotte, Chandler Deese, Josiah Deese and Garrison Deese of High Point; her sister Beverly Barnes Haynes; and her brother-in-law Carl of Kinston. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
