She is survived by: her daughters, Christina Simpson (Justin Sanders) of High Point, Tiffany Davis of Silver Valley and Elicia Smith (Alan) of Trinity; her grandchildren, Anthony Hackett (Ashlyn Garvin), Taylor Samuels (Donald), Kevin Hackett and Elana Smith; her great grandchildren, Braxton Hackett, Levi Hackett, Savannah Garvin, Braydon Koontz, Natalie Samuels and Elijah Samuels; and her siblings, Darrell Worley (Angie) and Rita Payne (Ronnie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
