She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Hazelwood and Daisy Wagoner Hazelwood; her husband Billy Myers; her children, Marvin Myers and Carol Ann Phillips; her grandsons, Timmie Wayne Myers, Jr. and Keith Bradley Myers; and her daughter-in-law Eileen Myers.
She is survived by: her son Timmie Myers; her daughter-in-law Susie Myers; her grandchildren, Jennifer Phillips McGee, Kendra and Matthew Myers; and her granddaughter-in-law Loretta White. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
