He is survived by: his significant other Ashley Teetor; his children, Hayden Glidewell of Colorado and Kaylee Glidewell of High Point; and his brothers, Kevin Glidewell (Julie) of High Point and Duaine Sikes (Sondra) of Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
