He was predeceased by: his father James Guy Green; his stepfather William David Horlick; and his brother Jeffrey Matthew Green. He is survived by: his mother Doreen Matthews Green Horlick of Archdale; and his sisters, Marsha Horlick Humphreys (Joe) of Thomasville, Kim Horlick Kanoy (Derrek) of Thomasville and Sandra Horlick Goude (Francel) of High Point. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
