He is survived by: his friend High Point; his brother Joseph Allison Hayworth; his sibling's children, Joseph A. Hayworth, Jr. (Deborah), R. Frank Dalton, Jr., Lucinda D. MacDonald (Taylor) and Deborah D. Hayworth; and his friends, Ed Price, Ned, Claudia Eldridge and Alberta Wood.
