He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Holley, Jr.; and his brother Jimmy Holley. He is survived by: his mother Dao Thi Le; his wife Tracy Bass Holley; his sons, Christian Holley (Veronica) and Jason Holley (Christina); his brothers, Robert Holley (Yen) and John Holley (Candi); his sister-in-law Robin Bodenheimer (David); his nieces and nephews, Dylan Bodenheimer, Cortney, Sam Holley, Oscar Holley, Sara Holley, Mira Holley and Emy Holley; his aunt Mary Jo Hubble; and his cousin Melissa Holley Hamblett.
In addition to flowers, memorials may be made to Cancer Research Institute In Memory of David Holley.
