She was predeceased by : her mother Emma Sue York Hamby; and her husband Ricky Combs. She is survived by : her father Jimmy Ray Hamby, Sr. (Jane); her daughters, Sabrina Hinson Laws of Greensboro and Crystal Gordon of Thomasville; her grandchildren, Mercedes Cowart, Heather Kapp (Jonathan), Austin Hinson, Felicity Gordon and Alyssa Gordon; her great grandchild Elliana; and her brothers, Jimmy Ray Hamby, Jr. (Shari) of Shoals, Edward Thomas Hamby (Crystal) of Thomasville and Michael Lee Hamby (Donna) of Thomasville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
