She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Presnell and Ruby Garner Presnell; her daughter Julie Hagar Smith; and her granddaughter Teresa Hagar. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Phillips; her brothers, Jimmy Presnell (Janet) and John Presnell; and her grandsons, Ben Smith, Aaron Smith and Dylan Smith.
