He is survived by: his wife Marcella Wilkes Buchanan; his children, Christopher Ryan Buchanan of High Point, Camille Ivanna Buchanan of High Point and Camryn Makynsi Wilkes of High Point; and his siblings, Lisa McQueen, Laquanda Monek Saunders and John Lee Saunders, III. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
