He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bradley Boyd and Margaret May Boyd; and his sister Bonnie Powell. He is survived by: his wife Margie; his son Daron Boyd (Brenda); his granddaughter Sara Boyd; and his sister Yarna Boyd of Northern Virginia.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Emerywood Baptist Church (1300 Country Club Dr, High Point, NC 27262). Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be given to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC 27262 or the House of Prayer, 103 Hoskins Street, High Point, NC 27260.
