She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Franklin and Bessie Bullin Hudson; and her sister Gaynell Hudson Howell. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Pegram Brown (Mark) of Kernersville; her sister Geneva Hudson Dollinger of Greensboro; her grandchildren, Parker Brown and Isabella "Ella" Brown of Kernersville; and her sisters-in-law, Judy Aydelette Elizabeth Joyner (Bill) and Ann Pegram. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made in Dorothy's name to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
