He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sizemore and Odessa Peel Sizemore. He is survived by: his aunt Rosemary Ridge; and his uncle Howard Peel (Mary). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Dr., High Point, NC 27262.
