With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edith Ledbetter (High Point, North Carolina), born in Anniston, Alabama, who passed away on April 17, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gussie Edward Stancil and Mattie Randall Stancil; and her siblings, Charles Stancil and Helen Hancock. She is survived by: her sons, Sammy Ledbetter (Dorsy), Eddie Ledbetter (Lori) and Stan Ledbetter (Kristi); and her grandchildren, Jason Adkins, Bruce Adkins, Amy Russell, Haley Stout, Matthew Ledbetter and Jamie Ledbetter. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; two nieces; and two nephews.
