She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Terrell. She is survived by: her children, Sara Beth Terrell (Jim Hood), Tom (Gaither), Bill (Donna), Richard, Tim (Grace) and Jane Bedenbaugh (Carl); her grandchildren, Julia Hood, Daniel Hood, Joseph Terrell, Patrick Terrell, Katy Terrell Garrison, Robyn Terrell Narron, Kristen Hooks and Jordan Hooks; her great grandchild Gabriella Garrison; and her siblings, John Haworth, Bill Haworth, Dr. Chester Haworth and Margaret Young.
Instead of flowers, memorials may be sent to Springfield Friends Meeting earmarked for the capital improvement fund.
