She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Condon and Caroline Igoe Condon; her husband Thomas Carey Ilderton; and her children, Thomas Carey Ilderton, Jr., Marie Eleanor Ilderton and Gloria Carey Ilderton.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick Condon Ilderton (Cheryl) of Sullivans Island, SC, Timothy Horace Ilderton (Linda) of High Point, NC, Stephen Francis Ilderton (Christine) of High Point, NC, Elizabeth Rose Ilderton of Mt. Pleasant, SC, James Vernon Ilderton of Georgetown, SC and Caroline Igoe Ilderton-Orvin (David) of Charleston, SC.; her daughter-in-law Sandra Carter Ilderton of High Point; and her sister Geraldine Condon McManus of Mt. Pleasant, SC.. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren.
