She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Marks and Rader Marks; her grandmother Camilla Tate; her son James Lattimore; her husband Gilbert Lattimore of Baldwin's Chapel; her siblings, Marie McCoy, Dorothy Johnson, Geraldine Dunlap, Napoleon Marks, Finley Thomasson and James Shepherd; and her grandchildren, Tonya Lattimore and Anthony Lattimore.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Lattimore; her siblings, Essie Marks, Nellie Davis, Thomas Marks (Marie) and Manuel Marks; her goddaughter Katrina "Mickey" Parson; and her daughter-in-law Mary Lattimore. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Peoples Funeral and Cremation Service (1404 W English Rd, High Point, NC 27262). Visitation was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Baldwin Chapel Seventh Day Adventist Church (1200 Leonard Ave, High Point, NC 27260). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
