She was predeceased by: her husband J. T.; her parents, Baxter McMahan and Nora Bell McMahan; her husband James Thomas Threatt; and her son Gregory Thomas Threatt.
She is survived by: her daughter Terri Renee Riley (Mark) of Kernersville; her daughter-in-law Jill Threatt of Trinity; her grandchildren, Kristin Phillips (Bradley), Shannon Dowdle (Trampus), Joshua Baughman (Jodi) and Erin Threatt; and her great grandchildren, Destiny, Jayden, Skylar, Addison, Olivia and Spencer.
