He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Morehead and Richard Cook. He is survived by: his wife Janice L. Cook of Lexington, NC; and his children, Frank Cook, Jr. of Myrtle Beach, SC and Tracy Cook of Winston Salem, NC. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five brothers; one sister; ten great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
