He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Perry and Francis White; his siblings, William Youngfert (Carol) and Diane Johnson (Mike); and his mother-in-law Nancy Donahue.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Donahue White; his son Ian White of Colorado; his stepdaughters, Maria White and Kathleen White of Chicago; his brother Brad White of Chicago; his uncle Tom White of New York; his sibling's children, Melissa Bissman (Mike), Michael Johnson (Jessica) of New York and Mark Johnson (Diane) of New York; and his friend Ray Feeler (Nancy Jo) of Arizona. He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters and brother-in-laws.
