She was predeceased by: her sons, George and Richard; her stepbrother Leonard Poppe (Libby); and her significant other Stan. She is survived by: her children, Christina Korf (Collin) of High Point, NC and Victor Kosinski (Colleen) of Kinston, NC.; her stepsiblings, George Poppe (Barbara), Barbara Poppe Amerson (Tom) and Lidia Poppe Hublikar (Sudhir); and her great grandchild Babcia.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either the Hospice of the Piedmont, or the American Cancer Society.
