He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Bullard and Letha Bullard; his son Eric Bullard; and his grandson Henry Finn. He is survived by: his wife Judith Bullard of High Point; his daughter Amy Huber (Scott) of Altamonte Springs, FL; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Bullard of Talbott, TN; his stepdaughters, Angela Fernandez (Charles) of Winston Salem, NC and Anita Finn (Randall) of Hagerstown, MD; his grandchildren, Alexandria Davis (Kieran), Zachary, Michael, Dae Bullard, Sam Huber (Kaycee), Charlotte Reeder (John), Johannah Huber, Caleb Fernandez, Caitlin Gonsalves (Sam), Abigail Farrell (James) and Ellie Finn; and his great grandchildren, Felix Reeder and Frankie Davis. He is also survived by four nieces and two nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Durham (414 Cleveland St, Durham, NC 27701).
