He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert White, Sr. and Rosa White; and his sisters, Beulah Miller, Albertha Neal and Roberta Wolford.
He is survived by: his wife Frances E. White; his sons, Herbert White, III of High Point, NC and Tyron Frasier (Gail) of New York; his grandchildren, Daniel White of High Point, NC and Jasmine Frasier of New York; his sisters, Lila Heard of Georgetown, SC, Carrie Cooper of Georgetown, SC, Mary L. Duncan of Georgetown, SC and Omega Duncan of Hartford, CT; his sister-in-law Lois Parker of Raleigh, NC; and his close friends, Wayne "Sport" Tuttle and Teresa Ogletree. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
