He is survived by: his wife Donna Ann Lewis; his children, Holli Ultreras (Joshua), Daniel Lewis of High Point and Josh Lewis of High Point; his stepdaughters, Danielle Lachman of High Point and Erica Kennedy (Scott) of Charlotte; and his grandchildren, Kelly Hocreiter, Emma Lewis, Tristan Lewis, Josiah Ultreras, Addison Donahue, Kate Kennedy and Jack Kennedy.
