She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayburn Yates and Lily Wilkins; her granddaughter Lily Blackman; and her siblings, James Yates and Doris Goodwin.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Anna Blackman, Lindsay Blackman, Rhette Blackman and Ava Blackman.
