He was predeceased by: his sister Paula Garry Savett of Santa Monica, California.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Davis Garry; his sister Judy Garry of Asheville, NC; his children, Amanda Garry Swartz (Ralph) of Raleigh, NC and Adam Davis Garry (Jennings) of Asheville, NC.; and his grandchildren, Hannah Swartz, Miles Swartz, Porter Minton and Abe Garry.
