Gray; his brother Robert Davis, Jr.; his wife Pamela Davis; his children, James Davis, II, Terrence R. Strickland and Mardina Graham; his grandchildren, Deontae, Jakayla, Kobe, Thalia, Aarinna and Kehlani; his great grandchild Aasana; his niece Chanel Davis; his great-niece Morgan Davis; his aunts, Delores Thompson, Shirley Johnson, Sarah Thomas, Dorletha Wardlaw and Betty Brant; his uncle Bob Lloyd; and his sisters-in-law, Carla Smoot, Bridget Thompson and Rev. Lesa J. Davis. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Johnson & Sons (206 4th St, High Point, NC 27260).
