He was predeceased by: his father Jack Smith, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Cassaundra Graves of Marietta, GA, Atari Burke (Claresia) of Thomasville, NC, Joshua Smith of Winston Salem, NC and Marcus Smith (Kelly) of High Point, NC; his brother Jack Smith, Jr. (Georgia) of Durham, NC; and his brother-in-law John Wilson of High Point, NC. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and a host nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
