He was predeceased by: his parents, Gurney Clinton and Lillie Mae Crews Morgan; and his siblings, Gladys Bremmer, Ruth Kirkman, Lorraine Murray, Paul Morgan and Carl Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Coltrane Morgan; his sister Martha Edens of High Point; and his pets, Hobie and Gypsie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
