He was predeceased by: his parents, James Whitcomb and Lillian Whitcomb; and his brothers, Jerry and Charles Michael Whitcomb. He is survived by: his wife Frances Whitcomb; his siblings, Frederick Whitcomb (LaWanna), Dr. Monetta Foster, Janice Russell, Stella Ling and Toni McClaine; his children, Stancia Whitcomb Jenkins (Andre), Raymond Mintz, Rodney Mintz, Cheryl Cheston (Reginald), Chandra Williams (Mark), Donna Jones, Arleatha Wheeler (Jerome) and Tasha Madkins; and his grandchildren, McCarty, Dietrich, Jonathan, Phillip, Ryan, Kayla, Reginald II, Rah, Alvarez, Asia, Shane, Melody, Dominic and Madison. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
