He is survived by: his wife Peggy Joyce English Warner; his daughters, Crystal Hall (Mike), Michelle Parris and Tonya Williams; and his siblings, Tony Warner (Faye), Terry Parsons (Perry), Mark Warner and Teresa Warner. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
