He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Hill; and his son Robert Hicks. He is survived by: his children, Joe Hill, Edward Hill, Stephanie Baker, Lisa Medlin, Rita Bass, Candice Allen and Michael Hicks. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
