He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Glenn Marley and Lucy Belle Taylor Marley; his son Joel Wayne Marley, Jr.; his brother Ronnie Marley; his grandson Bradley Felts; and his close friend Jake Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Byrd Marley; his son Darrin Marley (Mildred); his daughter-in-law Kim Marley; and his grandchildren, Jason Marley (JoBeth), Heather Edwards (Ryan) and Delta Marley. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
