He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Atilio Pineda and Concepcion Romero. He is survived by: his wife Maria Luisa Hernandez Romero; his sons, Jose Luis Romero of High Point, Francisco Romero of Charlotte and Ronal Hernandez (Bonnie) of Sterling, Virginia; his grandchildren, Alexander Hernandez, Daniel Hernandez, Rowan Romero, Remy Romero and Silas Romero; and his sisters, Nilda Compos (Juan), Viky Romero, Martha Pineda, Alicia Pineda and Carmen Romero. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cumby Family Funeral Service - High Point (1015 Eastchester Dr, High Point, NC 27262). Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
