She is survived by: her daughters, Rose Carmichael, Wanda Patterson (R. J.) and Betty Slemp; and her siblings, Mary Ruth Mitchell (Johnny), Lou Blaylock, Billy Lewis (Jeannie), Ricky Lewis, Cathy Rosenbalm and Eliza Helton. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
