Joyce East Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce East (High Point, North Carolina), who passed away on November 14, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston "P. J." Hall and Mae Delappe Hall; her husband Larry East; and her siblings, Charles Hall, Tommy Hall and Dot Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Powell (LuAnn) and April Moore (Richard); her siblings, Freddy Hall (Becky), Mikey Hall (Phyllis), Becky Edalgo and Kaye Ballew; her grandchildren, Rick Moore, Jr., Shannon D. Moore, Morgan "Bunny" McFetters (Nathan) and Chuck Powell, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Jaxon Maness, Aubrey Maness, Savannah Lyn Moore, Kaden Moore and Presley Powell; and her great great grandchild Rhyatt Maness. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Joyce's memory may be made to Caraway Baptist Church, 2928 Beeson Farm Road, Sophia, NC 27350.
