With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Moore of High Point, North Carolina, born in Goshen, Alabama, who passed away on August 21, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lewis Franks and Ophelia Moseley Franks; her husband Kendrick Moore; her daughter Kathy Moore; her siblings, Edward Franks, Neal Franks, Joretta Moseley and Janice McCook; and her grandson Alan Taylor.

She is survived by: her children, Barry Moore (Lynda) of Calabash, NC, Donna Miller (Steven) of Linwood, NC and Angela Somerville (Jeff) of High Point; her son-in-law Mark Morton of High Point; her grandchildren, Jared Moore (Jennifer) and Laura Baker (Ian); and her great grandchildren, Carson Idol and Scarlett Moore.
