She is survived by: her parents, Lawrence McDonough of New Jersey and Susan Kelly McDonough of High Point; her husband Eric Stephen Fox; her children, Nathaniel "Nate" Fox and Adelaide "Addie" Fox; and her siblings, Matthew McDonough (Melissa) of High Point, Ryan McDonough (Loree) of Florida and Erin McDonough of High Point. She is also survived by her family, including her aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws.
